These LTD-P series hoists  are  manufactered in the standard of  DIN EN1808 and TUV certificate,focusing on high-end  and high requirement appliction,such as wind power service lift ,elevator installation replacing scaffording.
These traction hoist can work on a unlimited height for using wire rope and can lift man or material along with the wire rope ,with the loading capacility from 400kg to 1000kg.

  1.Dear box is with a low-weight and outstanding rigidity housing of die-cast aluminium which is processed by the precise CNC machine.
  2.Driving sheave and gearing  is composed of hardened steel parts which ensure the outstanding rigidity and long life time.
  3.General  spare parts of the traction hoist (winches) is  by means of a main 16mm load pin,or two m10 screws.
  5.Motor’ waterproof  protection:Protected to IP55 as standard.
  6.As standards,the motor of the man-ridding Hoist has a thermal overload electrical protection device.
  7.The steel of drive sheave and pressure rollers has a special nitrided treatment which ensure  a surface hardness of approximately 70HRC, guaranteeing low wear of these components.
  8.The fully-synthetic special oil ensures highest possible efficiency for quiet running characteristics,in a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C

• • Safety for man ridding hoist
    According with the requirement of DIN EN1808,every hoist using for man ridding must have an independent rope safety system.We supply two different safety fall arrester which is designed on different mechanism principle.Both fall arresters can be comly with the standard DIN EN1808 and got the TUV certificated from an independent inspection institute in Germany.Overspeed safety fall arrester(OSL)
    
    The integrated clamping jaw mechanism  made of hardened steel inner overspeed fall arrester will auto matically stop the falling of the wire rope within a few centimetres when the falling speed of the access platform exceeds 30m/min(0.5m/s).Anti-tilting safety fall arrester(LSF)
    
    The anti-tilting fall arrester is automatically tripped when the angle of the rope or the platform exceeds 5 degree.The integrated clamping jaw mechanism will  holds the steel wire rope and immediately stops the movement of the platform when the angle of the wire rope of platform exceeds 5 degree.
